Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and be licensed to practice in Arizona. Prior state or federal court exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial litigation or insurance coverage experience in a large law firm or comparable litigation practice.
• Experience drafting substantive motions, managing discovery, and handling depositions
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience appearing in state or federal court is preferred
• License to practice in Arizona

• Represent institutional clients in complex litigation and insurance coverage disputes.
• Draft motions, manage discovery, and handle depositions; support pre-trial and trial work.
