Qualifikationen

• Over 10 years in commercial construction, with 5+ years in retail projects.
• Experience leading multiple projects and managing both project teams and client relationships.
• Background in retail construction such as restaurants, shopping centers, or mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated success in generating opportunities and securing contracts.
• Established relationships within the Phoenix or Arizona retail development market.
• Understanding of permitting, design coordination, and construction sequencing.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business with retail developers, property owners, national brands, and CRE professionals.
• Lead project pursuits: proposals, presentations, interviews, contract discussions, negotiations.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Provide executive oversight across multiple retail and commercial construction projects.
• Ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Review financial performance, cost projections, and profitability.
