Job summary

LGE is seeking a Project Executive — Retail Commercial to drive growth and deliver exceptional retail construction projects in the Phoenix region. You will own the retail pipeline, lead delivery across multiple projects, and build high-level client relationships to secure long-term partnerships.

You will partner with Business Development and Preconstruction to pursue opportunities and leverage the design-build model as a competitive differentiator.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction with retail focus.
• Proven ability to originate and close construction contracts.
• Strong relationships with retail developers, brands, and brokers.
• Experience managing multi-site and brand-driven retail programs.
• Deep knowledge of retail construction trends and delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own the retail pipeline from pursuit through close.
• Lead multiple retail and commercial projects ensuring quality, schedule and budget.
• Develop and mentor the project team to drive delivery excellence.
• Maintain executive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Lead pursuit efforts: proposals, RFQ/RFPs, client presentations.
