Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Workforce Management Scheduler for Phlebotomy. Work Mon-Fri, 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM with rotational weekends. Salary range is $37.45–$40.15 per hour, plus annual bonus potential.

Primary duties include staff coordination, attendance tracking, and collaboration with supervisors to optimize coverage. Responsibilities involve accurate scheduling, data analysis, and proactive communication to minimize overtime while meeting PSC and IOP staffing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with staffing tools and scheduling systems.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff callouts and allocate resources to ensure staffing.
• Code absences in scheduling/HR systems and track attendance trends.
• Collaborate with supervisors to minimize overtime and update clients.
• Monitor wait times and adjust staffing accordingly.
