Responsibilities

• Team Coordination: imports schedules, assigns employees to locations and shifts; manages absences and float coverage.
• Organizational Skills/data analysis: codes absences in Oracle Scheduling/HR and tracks attendance trends; logs breaks/training time.
• Communication/collaboration: coordinates with supervisors on rotations; updates supervisors on staffing changes.
• Problem solving/Decision Making: monitors patient wait times and adjusts staffing to meet availability.
