Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Workforce Management Scheduler for the Gilroy, CA site (Phlebotomy). Schedule coordination runs Monday to Friday, 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM with rotational weekends, ensuring PSC and IOP staffing coverage.

You will import schedules, assign staff, track attendance in Oracle Scheduling, monitor overtime, and work with supervisors to adjust coverage and communicate changes to clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of staffing tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to prioritize, plan and organize schedules effectively.

Responsibilities

• Team coordination: import schedules and assign employees to locations/shifts to optimize resources.
• Organizational skills and data analysis: track attendance trends and ensure accurate time entries.
• Communication: coordinate with supervisors on rotations and update clients on staffing changes.
• Problem solving: monitor wait times and adjust staffing to meet demand.
