Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Workforce Management Scheduler - Phlebotomy in Gilroy, CA. The role is Monday to Friday, 3:30 AM–12:00 PM with rotational weekends, and pays $37.45–$40.15 per hour.

You will coordinate staffing, import schedules, and ensure coverage for PSC and IOPs while minimizing overtime and maintaining service levels. Travel up to 25% is part of the qualification. Excellent organizational and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of staffing tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to prioritize, plan and organize workload.

Responsibilities

• Handle staff callouts and coordinate daily staffing to ensure PSC/IOP coverage.
• Import optimal schedules into systems and assign employees to locations/shifts.
• Code absences in Oracle Scheduling/HR and track attendance trends.
• Collaborate with supervisors on weekday and Saturday rotations to minimize overtime.
• Monitor patient wait times and adjust staffing accordingly.
