Job summary

The American Red Cross Beaver, PA location is seeking Blood Collection Staff to support donor intake, education, and logistics for blood drives. You will help prepare collection sites, assist donors, and ensure safety and accuracy throughout the collection process. Paid phlebotomy training is provided.

Prior customer service experience is valued, and a valid driver's license is required for site travel. This role offers a stable schedule and opportunities to grow within a humanitarian

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication.
• Willing to participate in paid phlebotomy training and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors to explain donation impact.
• Collaborate with team to create welcoming environment for donors.
• Set up and tear down equipment at donation sites and assist with operations.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with mobile blood drives.
