Responsibilities

• Observe phlebotomy collections to prepare for role.
• Schedule patient appointments and greet patients on arrival.
• Create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
• Assist patients with registration and check-in.
• Enter patient demographics and billing data.
• Verify insurance coverage and post payments.
• Collect and prepare specimens for testing when needed.
• Call physician offices to confirm test orders.
