Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years direct patient care experience preferred.
• 2+ years face-to-face customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend phlebotomy school within 30 days of hire (paid by Labcorp).
• Observe phlebotomy collections in PSC/clinic settings.
• Schedule patient appointments and greet patients on arrival.
• Assist patients with registration and check-in procedures.
• Enter patient demographics and billing information accurately.
• Verify insurance and post payments to patient accounts.
• Collect and prepare specimens for testing as needed.
• Call physician offices to confirm test orders; monitor wait times.
