Job summary

Montage Health is seeking a Phlebotomist Technician (CPT I/II) to collect and process blood specimens across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will enter patient data into hospital systems and support training for students or trainees while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional conduct.

Assigned as 0.9 FTE with varied am/pm/night shifts and weekend/holiday rotations, the role offers pay ranges and shift differentials. California licensure and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer data entry and edit skills required.
• English reading, writing, and verbal communication required.
• Well developed customer service, teamwork, and critical thinking skills required.
• One year phlebotomy experience in last 3 years preferred.
• Word and Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process blood and body fluid specimens from patients in various settings.
• Enter and retrieve data in laboratory and hospital information systems.
• Guide and mentor students/trainees as applicable.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
