Quest Diagnostics in Coon Rapids, MN, seeks a Phlebotomy Technician for a Monday–Friday schedule (6:45 AM–3:15 PM) with rotational weekends. Responsibilities include venous and capillary collections across age groups and processing POC tests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1 year phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collects blood and/or perform POC as assigned.
• Cleans and re-stocks POC supplies and prepares phlebotomy carts/trays.
• Assists coworkers with draws and POC testing.
• Draws venous or capillary blood from newborn through geriatric patients using proper aseptic technique.
• Draws and delivers blood work within established policy time frames.
• Performs and processes all POC tests on patients from newborn to geriatrics.
