Quest Diagnostics’ Saint Paul, MN location is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician for a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) with rotating weekends. The role involves venous and capillary blood collection, POC testing, and related duties across age groups. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Paid hourly with a benefits package and performance-based incentives. Requires 1 year of phlebotomy experience and valid driver’s license; relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• 1 year phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collects blood and/or performs POC as assigned.
• Cleans and restocks POC supplies and prepares phlebotomy carts/trays.
• Assists coworkers with draws and POC testing.
• Draws venous or capillary blood from newborn through geriatric patients using proper aseptic techniques.
• Draws and delivers all blood work within established policy time frames.
• Performs and processes all POC tests on patients from newborn to geriatrics.
