Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; structured phlebotomy training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of routine and specialized laboratory procedures.
• Phlebotomy and specimen management including proper labeling.
• Use hospital information systems and Beaker for specimen tracking.
• Maintain accuracy in order entry, registration, and reporting.
• Assist in training new staff and may float to other locations.
