Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Structured phlebotomy training and rotation recommended.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required for assignment.

Responsibilities

• Procure, process, and prepare patient specimens for testing.
• Document and label specimens accurately and maintain records.
