Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Hastings, MN is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician to perform venous and capillary blood collection for adults and children, including point-of-care testing, in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Shift coverage includes Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday & Wednesday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with rotational weekends. A high school diploma and phlebotomy certification are preferred; experience with pediatric and geriatric collections is valued.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in applicable states.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric blood draws is valued.

Aufgaben

• Collect blood and perform POC testing as assigned.
• Prepare phlebotomy carts and replenish supplies.
• Assist colleagues with draws and testing.
• Draw venous and capillary samples from a wide age range.
• Deliver specimens to the laboratory and document results.
• Report issues to supervisor and maintain supply levels.
