Aufgaben

• Perform routine venipuncture specimen collections from patients.
• Follow procedures for patient identification, specimen collection, labeling, and handling to maintain specimen integrity.
• Prepare samples for testing (labeling, centrifugation, decanting, aliquoting).
• Provide patient education on proper collection techniques and safety precautions.
• Answer calls for laboratory information and refer complex questions to technical staff.
