Qualifications

• 1 year phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collects blood and performs POC as assigned.
• Cleans and re-stocks POC supplies and prepares phlebotomy carts.
• Assists coworkers with draws and POC testing.
• Draws venous or capillary blood from patients of all ages using proper aseptic techniques.
• Draws and delivers blood work within policy time frames.
• Performs POC tests on patients from newborn to geriatric.
• Completes clerical functions related to POC testing documents.
