Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights, and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Take time to connect with donors and explain how impactful their donation is.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure collected blood meets goals and regulatory requirements.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup and teardown at donation sites.
