Banner Health is seeking a Phlebotomist to provide specimen collection and receipt across hospital facilities, PSCs, in-office phlebotomy, and mobile services. The role includes labeling, data entry, sample preparation, and distribution for analytical testing, with adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, completion of a phlebotomy program, and state certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, depending on state rules.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license where employed.
• DHS fingerprinting may be required.
• Travel to multiple locations; flexibility for weekends/holidays/overtime.

Responsabilités

• Collect and receive biological specimens and enter data into the system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to the appropriate area.
• Perform pre- and post-analytical testing as assigned and follow the Code of Conduct.
