Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect specimens across hospital facilities, PSCs or mobile units. You will enter patient data, ensure proper labeling and prepare samples for testing, while maintaining privacy and quality standards.

Flexibility for multiple locations and shifts is required. The position offers a day shift with 40 hours per week, starter pay for new grads at $19 per hour and higher rates for experienced staff depending on

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receipt biological specimens into the system with correct patient and specimen identification.
• Enter demographics, tests requested, and required data into the system; verify accuracy.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to appropriate area; meet quality standards.
