Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Site Coordinator to join our team at 2067 West Vista Way, Vista, CA. The role involves phlebotomy, patient flow management, and coordinated administrative duties in a busy diagnostic setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient data, handling billing steps where needed, and supporting cross-site travel to ensure coverage. A California CPT license and 2+ years of phlebotomy experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a phlebotomist.
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).

Responsibilities

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues to supervisors.
• Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, and information logs.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
