Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required; CDL may be required for mobile work.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection staff during blood drives or at branches; manage meal/break assignments.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Obtain donor medical history and vitals.
• Perform phlebotomy and blood collection procedures.
• Review donor records and documentation at shift start/end.
• Assist with donor recruitment and support collection goals.
• Maintain equipment and supplies for operations.
• Monitor deferrals and training needs; address issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and staff.
• Operate bloodmobile or collection vehicles if assigned.
