Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Responsibilities

• Take time to connect with donors, listen to their stories, and explain the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Be detail oriented to ensure collected blood meets goals and safety standards.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at donation sites; minimum height requirement may apply.
