Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience and strong verbal communication required.
• Current, valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift/push/pull, stand or sit for long periods, irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors to explain the impact of their donation.
• Create a welcoming environment so donors return for future drives.
• Ensure blood collection meets safety, regulatory and quality standards.
• May assist with setting up equipment and driving/operating vehicles as needed.
