Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting is required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Responsibilities

• Take time to personally connect with donors and explain how impactful their donation is.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors to encourage return visits.
• Maintain detailed accuracy to ensure collected blood meets regulatory requirements and can be transfused safely.
