University of Michigan Health System is seeking an Allied Health Associate Supervisor for the Phlebotomy team at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor. The role oversees phlebotomists, ensures patient-centered specimen collection, and adheres to CLSI guidelines and regulatory standards.

The position supports both ambulatory and inpatient units on the evening shift with rotating weekends. The supervisor will lead staff, monitor quality and safety practices, and participate in training and performance

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and patient-focused care.
• At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise phlebotomists and phlebotomy specialists.
• Ensure specimen collection according to CLSI guidelines and CAP/JCO requirements.
• Maintain and model professional conduct and patient-centered care.
