Qualifications

• WA State MA-Phlebotomist certification required within 90 days of hire.

• Minimum of two years of experience using blood drawing techniques in a clinical lab setting required.
• Minimum of two years supervisory or lead experience required.
• Experience with coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for phlebotomy staff.
• Oversee blood collection, lab reception and scheduling.
• Oversee specimen processing and specimen transport.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Coordinate student programs and supply oversight.
