The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling and payroll responsibilities, regulatory compliance, and ongoing training of testing personnel. You will conduct site visits, participate in quality processes, and coordinate with sales to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
• At least 3 years of laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversees and supervises all phlebotomists across locations.
• Manage scheduling and placement of phlebotomists daily.
• Handle payroll reviews and expenses for phlebotomists.
• Maintain regulatory documentation, audits, and corrective actions.
• Participate in quality meetings and training of staff.
• Hire and orient new phlebotomy personnel.
• Conduct at least 3–4 daily site visits to meet phlebotomists and clients.
• Coordinate with sales and client services for phlebotomy services.
• Ensure phlebotomy tasks like venipuncture and specimen processing are done.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professional performance.
