Virtua Health in Mount Holly, NJ is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor for the Collecting and Receiving department. You will oversee daily operations, maintain specimen integrity, and ensure outstanding customer service while coordinating staffing and workflow.

Ideal candidates have at least two years as a phlebotomist, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a phlebotomist.
• 1-3 years of lead/supervisory experience.
• Strong oral communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in stressful environments.
• Good time management.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily operations of the Laboratory Collecting and Receiving department.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and evaluation of new products.
• Oversee workflow and implement process improvements.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communication.
• Coach staff and trainees with technical expertise.
• Liaise between staff and manager.
• Handle responsibilities in manager/director's absence.
• Serve as a resource to hospital departments for the Laboratory.
