Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. in Houston is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead phlebotomy operations across multiple sites within the region. You will support the Operations Manager, develop your team, and ensure exceptional customer-focused service.

The role requires 2+ years supervisory experience in a laboratory, 2+ years specimen collection/processing, and a valid driver’s license. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record (past three years).
• 2+ years of specimen collection or processing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time constraints and without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead phlebotomy operations across multiple worksite locations within the designated region.
• Support the Operations Manager with departmental goals and develop your team.
• Interact with clients/patients to ensure exceptional, customer-focused service.
• Manage departmental resources, optimize processes, and maximize profitability.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
