Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in West Linn, OR. The role involves performing skilled specimen collections, ensuring accurate data entry, and delivering exceptional customer service in either a Patient Service Center or Client office.

You will work Monday–Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with potential overtime and rotating Saturdays. A high school diploma is required; Phlebotomy certification or training is preferred. Benefits and annual incentive programs may apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
