Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our West Linn team in Oregon. The role involves collecting blood via venipuncture and capillary methods for all ages, preparing specimens for testing, and providing excellent patient service.

You may travel to additional sites as needed and participate in a quarterly bonus program. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with potential overtime and rotating Saturdays.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in West Linn, OR.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm overtime and rotating Saturdays may be required

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program

Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
