H.T. Prof Executive Search seeks a phlebotomist for a contract role in Charlotte, NC, with a 3-month duration and potential for permanent placement. Schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include blood draws, labeling and processing specimens, maintaining accurate patient data, and ensuring proper specimen handling and transport. Requires an active phlebotomy certification and at least 6 months of venipuncture experience. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture with straight or butterfly needles.
• Label, centrifuge, and store specimens as required.
• Enter and update patient information and maintain accurate maintenance data.
• Ensure specimen packaging and transport per SOPs.
• Adhere to OSHA and DEP regulations and attend department trainings.
