Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to oversee Patient Service Centers in Naples, FL. You will coordinate staff, liaise with PSC and lab teams, and perform blood collections under supervision.

The role requires strong customer service, accuracy in data entry, and flexibility to travel to additional sites as needed. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm with rotating Saturdays; minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 1 year phlebotomy experience, with certification

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
1 year of experience as a phlebotomist.
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program preferred.

Responsibilities

Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues to supervisors.
Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs.
Monitor monthly productivity reports and report deviations as necessary.
Address any customer service-related issues in a prompt and respectful manner.
Promote teamwork, cohesiveness and effective communication among coworkers.
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
Process billing information and collect payments when required.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
