Qualifications

• Two years or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• One year or more experience in a people leadership role.
• Phlebotomy duties and patient interaction experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues to supervisors.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
