Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations related to safety and quality.
• Interact with donors to meet customer service expectations.
• Manage center flow and staff coverage for donor traffic.
• Cross-train in Reception, Vitals, Lab, and Phlebotomy.
• Identify operational improvements for continuous improvement.
• Maintain daily equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Assist donor room turnover and donor management issues.
• Monitor donation times and operate donor floor equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting of equipment within training scope.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
