Job summary

Froedtert Health in Wauwatosa is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to perform blood collection and related tasks in our CP-TOSA Health Center. The role is on-site, part-time (0.5 FTE), with shifts including weekday mornings and afternoons and occasional weekend coverage as described.

The position requires completion of an approved phlebotomy program or direct patient contact experience, with ASCP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience with direct patient contact is required.
• Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.
• Read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation.
• Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets are required.
• Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication skills are required.
• ASCP certification is preferred.

Shift Details: Monday-Thursday 1415-1815 Friday 1315-1715 Holidays: No holidays (Closed) Weekends: Approximately every 5th weekend either 0745-1145 or 0800-1200 at Tosa or North Hills.
