Qualifications

• BLS required.
• Two years of laboratory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff training, assessments, coaching, and scheduling.
• Lead pre-analytical teams performing phlebotomy, processing, and testing.
• Coordinate with nurses, clinicians, and lab clients; participate in teams and process improvements.
• Fill in bench shifts and act as temporary supervisor when needed.
