Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II at our Cumming, GA location. The role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for testing, and communicating procedures to patients with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years of phlebotomy experience, and preferably phlebotomy certification, with data entry skills and patient service experience valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred.
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients and build trust and confidence.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrate leadership in process excellence and accuracy in patient information.
• Perform daily activities accurately under supervisor direction and maintain records.
