Dameron Hospital Association in Stockton, CA, seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead the Core Laboratory phlebotomy team, ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards while supporting patient care goals.

You will oversee budgeting, training, and performance, coordinate with Nursing and Medical staff, and uphold compliance with CDPH and internal procedures in a non-union environment. This is a day-shift role requiring strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with equivalent experience.
• Prefer 3 to 5 years of supervisor experience in phlebotomy.
• Hospital phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Strong organizational and personnel skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise phlebotomy staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Participate in budgeting and financial management of the department.
• Ensure venipuncture protocols meet standards.
• Coordinate training for phlebotomy staff.
• Maintain quality productivity and patient care.
