Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy training from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years as a Phlebotomist, preferably with seniors.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable car and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood and/or obtain other specimens at nursing homes on a morning schedule (2:00 AM to 8:00 AM).
• Deliver specimens to lab or courier as scheduled.
• Be available for STAT/On-Call rotation (24/7 service).
• Supervise Phlebotomists assigned to service accounts and assign routes.
• Oversee payroll, logs, and required paperwork biweekly.
• Provide routine customer service to accounts and address concerns.
