Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience.
• Five years’ experience in phlebotomy or healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of English required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State & local licensure requirements.
• Conduct QA audits and site visits.
