Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead phlebotomy operations across multiple sites in the Dallas area. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-focused service, and process improvements.

You will support the Operations Manager, develop your team, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Evening/weekend hours may apply as part of 1st shift coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for past 3 years.
• 2+ years of specimen collection or processing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• ASPT certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead phlebotomy operations across multiple worksite locations.
• Support the Operations Manager with goals and team development.
• Interact with clients/patients to provide customer-focused service.
• Manage resources, optimize processes, and improve profitability.
