Qualifications

• Able to function independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinate personnel in performing blood draws and specimen processing.
• Monitor blood drawing and specimen processing procedures.
• Assure compliance with QA, safety, environmental and infection control policies.
• Comply with accreditation and regulatory agencies.
• Evaluate collection equipment, techniques and workflow patterns; prepare recommendations.
