Qualifications

• Must have phlebotomy competency and ability to collect blood from patients of all ages.
• Experience with specimen processing including centrifugation, batching and shipping.
• Ability to perform waived and moderate complexity tests and operate related lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood from patients of all ages as required by physician orders.
• Access and accession lab orders; prepare specimens for testing.
• Perform Point of Care testing and support lab operations.
• Respond to calls and inquiries; manage multiple priorities.
• Maintain clean workstation and inventory; ensure specimen integrity.
