Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (DMV).
• Specialized knowledge in customer service, computer skills, medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• 70% Phlebotomy and/or specimen processing with safety and customer service focus.
• 15% Associated computer tasks (LIS, e-Source).
• 5% Training new employees and students.
• 5% Regulatory compliance with OSHA, CAP, CMS, JCAHO and lab policies.
• 5% Maintaining competencies and mandatory ACE education.
