Responsibilities

• Demonstrates accuracy in laboratory specimen collection and handling per orders.
• Maintains a safe environment by complying with RHS policies and safety guidelines.
• Performs patient identification and labeling according to policy.
• Collaborates with providers and staff to support patient care.
• Assists in training new personnel and students.
• Supports accreditation readiness for CAP, DNV, CLIA and OSHA standards.
