Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CPT I certification or eligibility in California.
• Experience in phlebotomy and specimen collection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, verifies identity, and prepares for specimen collection.
• Performs venipuncture and capillary collections following procedures.
• Labels, processes, and transports specimens per requirements.
• Performs CLIA-waived tests after training and competency assessments.
• Maintains patient privacy and laboratory safety throughout duties.
