Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience preferred or required.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with hospital information systems and test ordering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples using venipuncture across age groups.
• Label, register, and transport specimens per protocol.
• Maintain a clean, organized drawing station and restock supplies.
• Register courier-delivered specimens and troubleshoot printing issues.
• Support test ordering and communication with departments as needed.
• Provide courteous telephone support and ensure coverage for calls.
